"I truly appreciated the time Nick took to answer my questions and explain the coverages for my new Auto and Renters policies with State Farm. "Working with Britny Koecke, out of Heather McCloskey’s office, was real easy, informative and just a real pleasure. She made me feel like I’m human and not another number. I am living with a terminal illness, so trying to find a policy that works for me has been a journey in its own. I spoke to a few other people from different insurance companies and not one, not one, person took the time to talk to me and explain my options. No one explained why I would or wouldn’t qualify. Not until I spoke with Britny. She explained that I’m in this gray area and she wanted to work with the underwriting team to see where I could qualify. Britny also let me know that I could wait until I was 45 to qualify without medical history. The fact that she took time to provide information and the process made me want to work with her more. She was kind with her questions. Britny never made me feel like my health was going to hinder me. If anything she made me feel more confident to continue trying things that people without health issues would plan for. I just want to say thank you to Britny and the team out of Heather’s office for always treating my family and I like we are a part of a community."

"I was paying waaay too much at Progressive so thought I would check State Farm for a quote. Zach called me the next morning and he was SO easy to work with. He explained EVERY detail to me in terms I totally understood. He was so helpful, I couldn't ask for a better experience. I dislike talking on the phone but I actually enjoyed our conversation! It was not only a pleasant experience connecting with Nick to hammer out the details over several phone calls, but I was also surprised at how well the rates and coverage stacked up against all my other quotes. I think McCloskey State Farm is a rare diamond in the rough when it comes to insurance agencies... most treat you like a number, but here I felt like I was meeting a new neighbor.
